Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Policies:

1. Shipping within India is free
2. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

Return Exchange And Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without the saree cover bag and tags will not be accepted.
3. Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or store credit can be issued.
   
5. In case of Exchange order, the difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
6. Exchange / Replacement of the order will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
7. Refunds will be processed once the product is picked up and passed Our quality check.
8. Refunds will be processed with 2 to 3 working days.
9. Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after the verification process conducted by our team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Note : Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable
